We work with ACS that deliver the next business day to most urban destinations, within 2 business days to island destinations and up to 3 business days to remote areas.

Also, those who wish to receive their order from our physical store at no extra charge, the receipt must be made within 2 working days. Otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.

Returns – Right of withdrawal

If any of the items you purchased are not completely satisfactory, you can easily return it by following the instructions below:

To be entitled to any refund, you must contact us by phone at +30 213 0443657 or via email at contact@kissmestupid.gr to receive a refund from the carrier and fill out the product return form.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by proof of sale or bill of lading.
The product must be in original packaging and in excellent condition.

Products on offer or collectibles can not be returned.

We recommend that you check the delivery of your order, the condition of the goods and their packaging, to detect any obvious defects, etc.

Return of products is free.

In case of loss of the products upon their return, we are not responsible. For this reason, the return of the goods must be done either by courier or by registered mail.

Your refund will use the same payment method as originally used, within 14 days from the date we received the product back. The two parties (company – consumer) can jointly agree on the return, provided that the consumer will show proof of return.

Defective products

If any of the products you received has a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 4 days of receipt (phone +30 213 0443657 or via email: contact@kissmestupid.gr) to inform you about how to return. Upon receipt, we will check the nature of the defect or damage. If the defect or damage is due to a manufacturing defect, you will receive the product immediately replaced. If the damage was caused by improper use, the product will be returned at your own expense.

Shipping methods

Greece: Shipments are made by Courier and the delivery time is 1-3 working days. The shipping cost is 3 € within Attica and 5 € for the province, regardless of the volume and weight of the order. For orders over 35 € within Attica and over 70 € for the province, shipping is FREE. For shipments in inaccessible areas the cost is € 7.
