Return and exchange policy
According to the current legislation (Government Gazette 969 / 22-03-2017) the customer of our online store has the right, within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product, as stated in the sales document, after consultation with the person in charge of the electronic shop, to return the product in question and at the same time be refunded with the amount paid. Prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used – worn.
Get a Return Form
You must send the product together with the original receipt and the return form, otherwise the return will not be accepted, without exceptions. The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return requirements (it is not damaged, opened, etc.). You can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted, without exceptions.
All returned products must be in the original condition in which you received them. Any damage or loss will result in the non-acceptance of the return, without exception.
You can also change your product in the physical store KISS ME, STUPID with the purchase receipt. No refunds are made at the physical store. The KISS ME, STUPID store bears the costs of (first) return of the order, if the return is made with the company we work with (ACS). In case of a second change, the charge is yours and not the KISS ME, STUPID store.

I want to know if I get my money back in case of product return
The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return conditions (it is not damaged, opened, etc.). Refunds are based on how you paid.
If you have used a credit card, the amount is credited to your card, while if you have paid by cash on delivery, the amount is credited to the IBAN bank account you have declared.
In any case, the process is done within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the product. Refunds to the physical store KISS ME, STUPID are not made.
I want to replace the product I return with something else
For product change you can contact with a phone call at 213 0443657 within working hours of the store. There you state the product you want and if it is available, the replacement will be done immediately.
The receipt must be included for all Returns, without exceptions. You can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order.

You can return the product you bought if it is unused and in its original condition, and its packaging is not damaged. Products in which the packaging has been opened or removed, or which have been used are not returned.
For hygiene reasons, returns on nail polishes, shower gels and body lotions are not accepted, as these products do not have a cover and safety tape.
In case of return, it is necessary to have the the receipt in the package. If some or all of the above conditions are not met, the KISS ME, STUPID store has the right not to accept the return of this product.
In this case, the product is returned to the sender, who bears the shipping costs.
